Volunteer Information
Many volunteers are needed to make Wiffle® Ball 2012 a successful event. Please review the list below and if you can donate your time on Saturday, August 4, 2012, please email

Set-up
Responsibility: Set up banners at registration site. Set up tables and chairs at designated site area for registration, volunteers, family fun fair, award ceremony, water station, food stations, etc.
Pre-Registration
Responsibility: Welcome participants. Check-off name on registration form and hand-out team shirts. Direct to fields.
On- site Registration
Responsibility: Welcome participants. Collect money and have participants sign waiver form(if applicable). Direct to appropriate area.
Food and Water Stations
Responsibility: Maintain area and cleanness. Restock food and water as needed.
Clean-up and Trash Pick-up
Responsibility: Pick up trash and containers at the end of event. |
